中医药治疗脾虚肝郁型胆汁返流性胃炎60例

Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis of Stagnation of Liver Qi and Spleen Deficiency for 60 Cases

目的对六君子汤联合左金丸治疗60例脾虚肝郁型胆汁反流性胃炎患者的治疗效果进行探讨。方法选择120例脾虚肝郁型胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床资料,将其平均分成治疗组60例与对照组60例,对照组应用西医疗法治疗,主要应用枸橼酸莫沙必利、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊等药物;治疗组应用六君子汤合左金丸治疗。结果治疗组胃痛、胃胀、纳呆少食、肢体乏力以及大便稀溏等临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论治疗脾虚肝郁型胆汁反流性胃炎患者应用六君子汤合左金丸,可使患者临床症状显著改善,并增强治疗安全性。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic value of Liujunzi decoction combined with Zuojin pill in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency for 60 cases. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of bile reflux gastritis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency patients were divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the main medicine was Mosapride Citrate and rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules drugs. The treatment group was treated with Liujunzi decoction combined with Zuojin pill. Results The stomach pain, distention, loss of appetite and eat less, limb weakness and thin stool pond clinical symptom score of in the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Liujunzi decoction combined with Zuojin pill in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency can significantly improve clinical symptoms, and enhances the safety of the treatment.
