中医特色疾病管理模式对首发抑郁症依从性的临床研究

Clinical study on the compliance of the characteristic management of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of first-episode depression

目的:探讨中医特色疾病管理模式对首发抑郁症的疗效及依从性。方法:选取符合入选标准的180例首发抑郁症患者。采用多中心随机对照试验法分为管理组(90例)和对照组(90例),管理组在常规诊疗基础上给予中医特色疾病管理;对照组采用常规诊疗。对所有患者随访1年,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)及依从性量表评估病情。结果:管理组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分痊愈率、治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对抑郁症患者进行中医特色疾病管理能提高患者治疗依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and compliance of the characteristic management model of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in the treatment of first-episode depression. Methods： 180 patients diagnosed with first-episode depression were selected according to the criteria. Patients were divided into management group（90 cases） and control group（90 cases） on the basis of multicenter randomized controlled trial method. The control group received routine treatment, and the management group was given the characteristic management of TCM additionally. All patients were followed up for one year, and were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD-17） and Compliance Scale. Results： The recovery rate and treatment compliance of the management group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： The characteristic management of TCM in patients with depression can improve the patients＇ treatment compliance and quality of life.
