岭南传统天灸3号方治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛的有效性和安全性

Research on the efficacy and safety on treating the pain of lumbar disc herniation with Lingnan Tianjiu Prescription No.3

目的:评价岭南传统天灸3号方治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛的有效性及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的150例腰椎间盘突出症腰痛受试者按1∶1∶1比例随机分为治疗组(岭南传统天灸3号方)、对照1组(岭南传统天灸1号方)与对照2组(安慰剂),每组50例,予以相应治疗。采用JOA量表、VAS量表作为主要评价指标进行评测。结果:13组患者的采用JOA量表、VAS量表得分经多元方差分析,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。23组患者JOA量表各时点两两比较的结果显示:治疗组、对照1组分别与对照2组比较,在治疗后各观察时点,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照1组比较,治疗结束时JOA量表评分比较无统计学意义。33组患者VAS量表各时点两两比较的结果显示:治疗组、对照1组分别与对照2组比较,在治疗后各观察时点,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:岭南传统天灸3号方治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种有效安全的方法。

Objective： To assess curative effect and safety of Lingnan Tianjiu Prescription No.3 in the treatment of the pain of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 150 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group（Lingnan Tianjiu Prescription No.3）, control group 1（Lingnan Tianjiu Prescription No.1） and control group 2（placebo group） with 50 patients in each group. JOA and VAS scales were used to measure the outcomes. Results： 1Multivariate analysis of variance of JOA and VAS scores showed statistically significant differences between the groups（P〈0.05）. 2 For JOA score, both treatment group and control group 1 had statistically significant differences in each observation point when compared with control group 2（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group 1, there was no statistically significant difference in JOA score in treatment group at the end of treatment. 3 For VAS scores, both treatment group and control group 1 had statistically significant differences in each observation point when compared with control group 2（P〈0.05）. While there was no statistically significant differences between treatment group and control group 1, and the same result as for between the control group 1 and control group 2 three months after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lingnan Tianjiu Prescription No.3 is a safe and effective method in treating the pain of lumbar disc herniation.
