摘要
为解决机制砂自密实混凝土泌水离析严重、和易性差的问题,以巴陕高速公路工程为依托,采用当量粉体体积法,基于SF1,SF2,SF3三种填充性能等级分别进行纯水泥和添加矿物掺料的自密实混凝土试验,通过研究,确定了在砂石和用水量不变的条件下,不同填充性能等级的自密实混凝土的合理当量粉浆体体积。
In order to solve the problem of bleeding segregation and poor workability of machine-made self-compacting concrete, relying on Bazhong-Shaanxi Expressway project, the equivalent power slurry volume method was adopted to perform test on pure cement and SCC with mineral admixture of SF1, SF2, SF3 filling property grades. Reasonable equivalent powder slurry volume of different filling grades was determined by analyzing the experimental data under the condition of the same water and sand.
