彩色沥青混合料路用性能及耐久性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究彩色沥青的耐久性能,基于彩色沥青制备参数,制备了4种彩色沥青。对4种彩色沥青的针入度、软化点进行分析,同时采用RTFOT和PAV试验模拟沥青的短期和长期老化。研究结果表明:染料的掺入使得无色沥青的高温性能得到提高,蓝色沥青增加幅度最大,红色最小,低温抗裂性能变化趋势正好相反;经RTFOT老化和PAV老化后,4种彩色沥青色彩鲜艳度削弱幅度由大到小依次为:蓝色>黄色>红色>绿色。蓝色沥青色泽耐久性最差,绿色沥青色泽耐久性最好;蓝色沥青的色泽老化主要集中短期老化阶段,即混合料生产拌和阶段;绿色沥青老化过程主要集中于长期老化阶段。 To study the durability of color asphalt, based on preparation parameters of color asphalt, four types of color asphalt were prepared. The needle penetration and softening point of four types of color asphalt were analyzed; meanwhile, RTFOT and PAV test were performed to simulate the short-term and long-term aging of asphalt. The research results show that the dye can improve the high-temperature performance of colorless asphalt, the increasing amplitude of blue asphalt was the highest and the red was lowest. The low-temperature anti-cracking ability change trend was just the reverse. The color durability of blue asphalt was the worst, while the color durability of green asphalt was the best. The color aging of blue asphalt was mainly in the short-term aging stage, i.e. mixture production and mixing stage. The aging process of green asphalt was mainly in long-term aging stage.
