大型国际田径赛事组织工作的完善途径——分析北京田径世锦赛赛场申诉案例所得启示

The Way to Improve the Organization of Large-scale International Athletics Events ——Analysis of the Appeal Case of IAAF World Championships Beijing

赛场申诉能比较直接客观地反映出赛事组织过程中存在的问题,本研究以2015年北京田径世锦赛所有正式提交的申诉案例为研究对象,通过对具体案例的梳理和分析,从提高裁判员培训针对性、强化裁判员现场执裁能力、引入"鹰眼系统"、完善竞赛规则和规程、细化赛事组织工作等几个方面给出建议,为完善今后大型田径赛事组织工作提供有益参考。

The appeal can be directly and objectively reflect the problems in the process of the event organization. In this paper, the IAAF World Championships Beijing in all the formal submission of the appeal case for the study, offer some suggestions from improve the referee training pertinence, strengthening referee judging ability, the introduction of Hawkeye system, improving the competition rules and regulations, organizing the competition and organizing work, to provide useful reference for the improvement of large-scale athletics events organization work in the future.
