摘要
目的:通过比较定量负荷状态下体育专业与非体育专业女研究生呼吸机能的各项指标,旨在得出经常参加体育锻炼与不参加体育锻炼之间的差距。倡导女研究生积极参加体育锻炼。方法:通过对体育专业与非体育专业女研究生各20名进行实验,在实验中进行逐级递增负荷运动,记录各级负荷的摄氧量(VO2)、二氧化碳输出量(VCO2)、潮气量(VT)、呼吸频率(Rf)、通气量(VE)及呼吸商(RQ)。结果:在递增负荷运动中,体育专业与非体育专业女研究生呼吸机能指标——摄氧量(VO2)、二氧化碳输出量(VCO2)、潮气量(VT)、呼吸频率(Rf)、通气量(VE)和呼吸商(RQ)均存在差异。结论:经常参加体育锻炼的体育专业女研究生呼吸技能的各项指标优于不参加体育锻炼的非体育专业女研究生。
Objective: through comparative quantitative load state of the professional sports and non sports professional female graduate students ventilator can indicators to that often take part in physical exercise and not to participate in the gap between physical exercise. Advocating female graduate students to actively participate in physical exercise. Methods: through the experiment of 20 female graduates of physical education and non physical education, and gradually increasing load movement, record at all load levels of oxygen uptake ( VO2 ) and carbon dioxide output ( VCO2 ), tidal volume ( VT ), respiratory frequency ( RF ), the quantity of ventilation ( VE ) and respiratory quotient (RQ) . Results: in the incremental load exercise of professional sports and non sports professional female graduate students In professional sports and non sports professional female graduate students ventilator index, oxygen uptake ( VO2 ) and carbon dioxide output ( VCO2 ) , tidal volume ( VT ), respiratory frequency ( RF ), the quantity of ventilation ( VE ) and respiratory quotient ( RQ ) there arc differences. Conclusion: regular participated in the physical exercise sports professional female graduate students breathing skills of the indicator is better than not to participate in physical exercise of non sports specialized female graduate students.
