摘要 跨栏跑是最具特色的田径项目之一,也在普通高校开展的较早、较普及。跨栏跑动作难度大,技术复杂。不仅要求较快的速度、弹跳力、柔韧性和灵敏性等身体素质。而且更要求运动员有良好的心理综合素质。在跨栏跑教学过程中经常出现心理障碍和恐惧感等一些影响跨栏成绩的不良心理因素。因此,本文针对这些原因找出能克服不良心理因素的一些方法,帮助学生更好地学习跨栏这项运动,激发学生学习跨栏的兴趣与热情,减少训练时的伤害,最终提高学生跨栏质量和成绩。 Hurdle race is one of the most characteristic of the athletics, early and popular at the College. Hurdle action difficult, complex technology. Requires not only a faster speed, jumping ability, flexibility and agility, physical fitness. But also requires athletes to have good mental qualities. Frequently in the hurdle race teaching psychological barriers and fear of adverse psychological factors that influence the hurdle score. Therefore, for these reasons find some way to overcome adverse psychological factors, help students better learn hurdling the campaign to arouse the students ' interest and enthusiasm in learning hurdles, reduce training injuries, and ultimately improve the students' quality of hurdling and scores.
