警察院校学员专项素质的培养——基于警体实战教学改革的探索与实践

The Training of Special Ability of Police College Students ——Based on the Research and Practice of Police Actual Combat Teaching Reform

提高实战能力既是当前警察院校适应高等教育体制改革的需要,也是社会治安形势及其职业发展的客观要求。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和个案分析法,以浙江警察学院的警体教学改革为研究个案,提出当前警体存在教学周期短、课时不足、内容繁杂、应用性不强等问题;最后提出以培养学生的实战能力为导向的对策与建议,通过提升师资水平、调整课堂训练重点、科学制定"运动处方"、注重专项训练方法、重构实训教学体系,开展案例"引诱式"训练、开拓"网督式"实习实训,提升学生现场处置能力培养,将为更加深入研究警体教学的深化改革提供参考。

The improvement of combat capability of police students not only adapt to the current higher education system needs, but also the objective requirement of the public order situation and career development. Used the methods of literature, expert interviews and case analysis, took Physical Education Reform in Zhejiang Police College as a study case , the result show that the current police courses cycle is short, lack of class, the contents of complex applications is not strong and other issues; then we put the suggestion that improving the quality of teachers, adjust the focus of classroom training, development the scientific ＂exercise prescription＂, focusing on special training methods, reconstruction the training teaching system , development of case ＂lure＂ type training, pioneering ＂net Governor style＂ practical training to enhance students＇ ability to deal with on-site training, this will be help for study of the police Physical Education of deepening reform.
