达州市中小学体育教师专业化发展现状及对策研究

Investigation of Present Situation and Countermeasure Study on the Professional Development of PE Teacher to Primary and Middle School in Dazhou

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法等对达州市中小学体育教师专业化发展的现状进行调查,查找存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,旨在为提高达州市中小学体育教师的专业化水平,促进教育事业的不断发展提供借鉴与参考。

The study was based on documents and materials, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics method. The writer made a survey of the present conditions and the countermeasures of P.E. teachers＂ professional development in Dazhou primary schools and middle schools and aimed at analyzing present situation, find out problems and put forward the improving measures in order to further enhance the professional level of P.E. teachers and organize a group of highly qualified teachers.
