中越边民通婚是中越边境地区跨境民族的惯常行为,但在现实中遭遇到诸多国家间制度排斥。入境我国通婚的越南边民在结婚登记、入出境、居留、户籍国籍申请等方面面临着诸多的制度困境,也给我国主权国家的边境管控和边疆治理带来了一系列难题。对现行与中越边民通婚相关的法律制度进行适当的调适,已成为中越边民通婚国家治理的现实吁求。

Cross - border marriage between China and Vietnam border residents has been a long - standing customary behavior for the cross border ethnic community in the Sino - Vietnam border areas, while it undergoes a series of institutional exclusion in the nation -state community of either Vietnam or China. The Vietnamese border residents who entered and married in China have put themselves into an institutional predicament in terms of marriage registration, entry and exit China, residence permit, and household （hukou） registration and nationality application, which causes massive complications to the control of the border and the governance of the border areas of China. Adjustment to the current legal systems concerned has become a practical and actual requirement for the state governance over this typical social phenomenon.
