医用锐器盒放置架的研制与应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect and Design of the Supporter for Sharp Instruments Box

目的分析医用锐器盒放置架的临床应用效果,以改进锐器盒的使用效能。方法自行设计医用锐器盒放置架,对24名临床护士采用问卷法调查使用此装置前后的锐器伤发生率、锐器投放受伤率、护士满意度;采用观察法调查锐器投放的准确率、丢弃针头时弯腰发生率。结果临床护士锐器伤发生率由62.5%降至33.3%,锐器投放受伤率由1.42%降至0.53%,护士满意度由(46±5.9)分升至(92±4.3)分,锐器投放的准确率由80.00%升至98.78%,丢弃针头时弯腰发生率由80.00%降至10.20%。结论医用锐器盒放置架能有效提高护士操作时的易见性及可及性,降低锐器伤的发生,提高锐器投放的准确率及护士的满意度,显著改进锐器盒的使用效能。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of the supporter for sharp instruments box, in order to improve the effectiveness of the sharp instruments box.Methods The self-designed supporter for sharp instruments box was applied.A total of 24 nurses were investigated by questionnaire and the inci-dence of sharp injuries,deliverying sharp instrument injuries rate,and satisfaction before and after the ap-plication of the supporter were investigated.The accuracy of the placement of sharp instrument and the in-cidence rate of bending while dropping the needle were observed.Results The sharp instrument injuries in-cidence rate dropped from 62.5%to 33.3%,and sharp instrucment placement injuries rate decreased from 1. 42% to 0.53%,and nurse satisfaction increased from （46±5.9）to （92±4.3）,and the accuracy of the place-ment of sharp instrument increased from 80.00% to 98.78%,and incidence rate of bending decreased from 80.00% to 10.20%.Conclusions The supporter can effectively improve the visibility and accessibility of nurses during the operation and reduce the incidence rate of sharp instrument injuries,sharp instrument placement injuries and improve the effectiveness of the sharp instruments box.
