Clinical Application and Research Progress on Anti-ischemic Stroke Drugs

急性缺血性脑卒中是严重危害人民健康的疾病之一,目前尚缺乏理想的治疗药物,而且治疗药物的种类有限。该文围绕目前临床用于治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的药物和治疗方法进行分析和讨论,阐述目前临床应用药物类型和治疗策略,分析了我国临床应用药物的特点和机制,为临床应用提供建议,并探讨了新药研发的方向和思路。

Acute ischemic stroke,also known as stroke,is one of the most serious harm to human health.Currently,the therapeutic medicines for acute cerebral ischemia are limited,and it lacks ideal therapy.In this review,focused on the current drugs and therapies for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,elaborating current clinical medicine types and treatment strategies for stroke and analyzing the characteristics and mechanisms of clinical drugs,to provide references for clinical medication,and to explore the direction and ideas for drug discovery.
