镍铬铍合金烤瓷冠修复中铍离子对口腔常见细菌及牙周组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨镍铬铍合金烤瓷冠修复中铍离子对口腔两种龈下细菌生长的影响及修复后对患者牙周组织的影响。[方法]本研究分为两个部分:①体外实验分为三组,实验组(含有铍离子的人工唾液0.5mL+口腔链球菌悬液/牙龈卟啉单胞菌悬液0.5mL)、阳性组(人工唾液0.5mL+口腔链球菌悬液/牙龈卟啉单胞菌悬液0.5mL)、阴性组(人工唾液0.5mL+BHI培养基0.5mL),口腔链球菌实验培养24h,牙龈卟啉单胞菌培养48h。②选取20例接受镍铬铍合金烤瓷冠修复的患者,分别测定修复前、修复后3个月牙龈沟液(GCF)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(GCF-AST)、碱性磷酸酶(GCF-ALP)的活性水平。[结果]实验组的6个铍离子浓度下(1.25、2.5、5、10、20、40ppm)口腔链球菌悬液、牙龈卟啉单胞菌菌落计数均显著的低于阳性组(P〈0.05);实验组随着铍离子浓度下增加,口腔链球菌悬液、牙龈卟啉单胞菌菌落计数呈现出显著的减少趋势(P〈0.05)。20例接受镍铬铍合金烤瓷全冠修复的患者,修复后6个月的GCF量、GCF-AST、GCF-ALP活性水平与修复前比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]镍铬铍合金中铍离子对口腔链球菌悬液、牙龈卟啉单胞菌生长具有一定的抑制作用,镍铬铍合金烤瓷冠修复对患者牙周组织影响小。 [Objective] To investigate the inhibitory effect of beryllium ions on the growth of two oral subgingival bacterias under nickel-chromium-beryllium alloy porcelain crown repair and the post-repair effect on periodontal tissues . [Methods] This study was divided into two parts: (1) The in vitro trials were divided into three groups, the experimental group (containing beryllium ion in artificial saliva 0.5ml+ oral Streptococcus suspension liquid / Porphyromonasgingivalis suspension liquid 0.5mL), the positive group (artificial saliva 0.5mL+ oral streptococci suspension liquid / Porphyromonasgingivalis suspension liquid 0.SmL) and the negative group (artificial saliva 0.5mL+BHI medium 0.5 mL), and oral streptococci experimentally cultured for 24h, Porphyromonasgingivalis cultured for 48h. (2) 20 cases of patients undergoing nickel chromium alloy porcelain crowns were selected and measured before restoration, the levels of gingival sulcus fluid (GCF), aspartate aminotransferase (GCF-AST) and alkaline phosphatase (GCF-ALP) activity were measured respectively 3 months before and after the repair.[Results] In the experimental group , six beryllium ion concentrations (1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 ppm) of oral streptococci suspension, Porphyromonasgingivalis bacteria colony counts were significantly lower than positive group ( P 〈0.05); with the increase of beryllium ion concentration in the experimental group , the bacterial colony counts of oral Streptococcus suspension and the Porphyromonasgingivalis bacteria colony counts were significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05). Among 20 cases who received nickel chromium alloy porcelain crown repair, there was no significant difference in the amount of GCF, the activity level of GCF-AST and GCF-ALP 6 months after the repair compared with those before repair( P 〉0.05).[Conclusion] In the nickel chromium beryllium alloy, beryllium ion has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of Streptococcus mutans suspension and Porphyromonas gingivalis. Nickel chromium beryllium alloy porcelain crown has little effect on the periodontal tissue.
