摘要
金融监管部门、金融机构与金融消费者在金融市场中"三维一体"的金融普法关系和实现以权益为核心的法治化,是金融普法的实质。通过分析我国当前金融普法的模式及其传导机制失灵的原因,提出了完善我国金融普法传导机制的建议。
The essence of the financial law dissemination didn＇ t change, and financial regulators, financial institutions and financial consumers in the legal relations of ＂three dimensional integration＂ in financial markets have been never upset. Based on the analysis on the model and mechanism failure in financial law dissemination, and put forward suggestion on how to perfect the transformation conduction.
