摘要
农民合作社发展迅速,其运行模式也各有不同。通过对S省合作社的典型样本分析,从新时期下合作社组织如何运行以及如何嵌入到乡村治理的多元化过程中,运用委托代理理论和现代管理理论,从人才资源、政府、村两委、文化以及市场经济五个方面分析了中间性组织嵌入乡村治理的困境,提出了四种实现路径。并从产销一体化、多主体共治、文化融合等方面进行深入分析,最终实现中间性组织在乡村治理中的多元主体作用的发挥。
With the rapid development of farmer cooperatives,its operation mode varies a lot. Through typical mode analysis of cooperative in S province,in the process of how the cooperatives operate and implant into the rural management,this article analyzes the plight of the intermediate organization implanted into the rural social management in five aspects of human resources,government,village committee,culture and market economy. Meanwhile,it proposes four ways to solve the problems with principal-agent theory and modern management theory. In addition,it further analyzes the production and marketing integration,multiagent cohabitation and cultural integration,thus achieving the role of multiple intermediate organizations in the rural management.
