摘要 网络运行维护能力是网络能力的重要组成部分,设计网络运维能力的指标分类和具体指标,详细分析网络值勤模型、故障模型和调度模型,基于三类模型设置了仿真试验参数并进行了仿真实验,得出各个指标的典型值,为有效评估网络运行维护能力提供数据支撑,具有较强的推广应用价值。 Network operation and maintenance capability is an important part of network capacity, designs the index classification and specific indicators of the network operation and maintenance capability, then analyzes the network duty model, fault model and scheduling model in details,sets the simulation parameters and the simulation based on the three model, and then computes the typical value of each index, this method provides data support for the effective evaluation of network operation and maintenance capability, with strong application value.
