摘要
目前跨尺寸尾管悬挂固井后进行尾管回接时,大尺寸规格的尾管悬挂器内径大于尾管和回接套管内径,回接套管内径小于尾管悬挂器内径较多时,常规尾管回接技术中,回接装置及回接固井时残留在尾管悬挂器内的水泥石不能够全部钻除,容易造成后期电缆或管柱作业时,在尾管悬挂器位置起下工具设备阻卡、封隔器胶筒损坏等一系列问题,难以有效处理,增加了作业成本。针对此类问题,研究了内插管回接技术,详细介绍其结构原理、设计要点和主要施工工艺,内插管回接技术能实现回接套管与尾管通径连接,在川西气田多口井成功应用,效果良好,值得推广。
Currently,the cement stone remained in the liner hanger often can not be completely drilled out using traditional tieback technique due to the ID of the tieback casing much smaller than the liner hanger's ID,which will get equipment or toolsstuck at the position of liner hanger when running with cable or pipe string during later operations,or even cause packer rubber damage. It will be troublesome and increase costs. A critical method connecting an inner stab-in pipe with the tieback device was put forward. Herein the structure principle,key design features and main operation procedures of the tool are introduced. It can form a same ID in both the tieback casing and the liner. This new tieback device has been field proven in quite a few wells in west Sichuan,with good performance. It is worth more applications.
