摘要 为了解决在分层测试、分层采油、分层注水、分层改造和封堵水层的过程中常规的Y341在多级封隔器管柱中无法正常解封的问题,研制了新型的Y342封隔器。该封隔器采用三级胶筒组合密封,能承受高压。右旋上提管柱的解封操作简单可靠,设计了防止提前解封的机构,确保在坐封的过程中不会提前解封,独特的分离中心管设计使得逐级解封更加稳定可靠。通过多次室内试验和现场应用表明,在178 mm 20~#~29~#的套管和150℃的井下环境中能够承受上下环空压力达到51.7 MPa。 In order to solve the problem of unsuccessful unseating of Y341 Packers in regular tubing strings used for zonal testing,zonal oil production,separate-zone injection,fracturing and water plugging,the new Y342 Packer was developed. This packer adopted 3-rubber sealing assembly,could withstand the high pressure from above and below. It could be easily and reliably unseated and released by right-handed rotation while pulling up. It was designed with a mechanism to avoid release in advance. And its unique design of a separated mandrel ensured the stable and reliable unseating stage by stage. Several experiments and field applications showed that the new Y342 packer could withstand annular pressure of 7500 psi in the 7″ 20# ~ 29# casing at temperatures up to 150 ℃.
