摘要
利用性信息素诱捕器监测新疆伊犁地区苹果蠹蛾Cydia pomonella L.在不同管理水平果园的发生期及发生量,评价性信息素诱捕器作为苹果蠹蛾监测预报手段在该地区的可行性,分析温度和湿度对苹果蠹蛾成虫捕获量的影响及果园管理水平与苹果蠹蛾危害程度之间的关系。结果显示:伊犁地区1 a可见3代苹果蠹蛾成虫。捕获量与温湿度之间都存在明显的相关性(P<0.01)。果园管理水平与苹果蠹蛾发生程度密切相关(P<0.01)。性信息素诱捕器对苹果蠹蛾成虫有一定的诱捕效果,对发生期监测具有良好的准确性和有效性。
Occurrence period and amount of Cydia pomonella in the apple orchards of different management levels were monitored with sex pheromone trap in Yili,Xinjiang. The feasibility of monitoring and forecasting with the trap in the area was assessed,the effect of temperature and humidity on the trapping amount and relationship between different management levels and the degree of the harm were analyzed. The results showed that C. pomonella had three generations a year in Yili,Xinjiang. The catches of sex pheromone trap had obvious correlation with the temperature and humidity( P〈0. 01). The occurrence of C. pomonella had close correlation with the management level of orchard( P〈0. 01). Sex pheromone trap had certain efficiency in trapping the moth,and were acurate and effective in monitoring the emergence period of C. pomonella.
