摘要
2015年10月,针对国家林木种质资源平台—凯里基地的多种树木的病虫害发生现状,采用林间调查法和组织分离法进行调研,ITS保守序列测序和形态学鉴定的方法对病原菌分类鉴定,结果表明病原菌为胶胞炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioide、条纹拟盘多毛孢Pestalotiopsis virgatula、茄匍柄霉Stemphylium solani、茶茎点霉Phoma camelliae和细极链格孢Alternaria tenuissima所导致的真菌病害分别为八角金盘炭疽病、罗汉松叶尖枯病、鹅掌楸匍柄霉叶斑病和山茶褐斑病。同时发现榆凤蛾Epicopeia mencia和黄刺蛾Cnidocampa flavescens两种害虫。
According to the occurrence of tree pests in National Forest Tree Germplasm Resource Platform,Kaili base,the pests were investigated with the methods of forest survey and tissue separation,and the pethogens were identified with conserved sequence and morphological identification in October2015. The results showed that the pathogenic fungi were Colletotrichum gloeosporioide,Pestalotiopsis virgatula,Stemphylium solani,Phoma camelliae,Alternaria tenuissima,which resulted in anthracnose of Fatsia japonica,leaf tip blight of Podocarpus macrophyllus,leaf spot of Liriodendron stemphylium and camella brown spot disease of Camellia japonica. At the same time two species of insect pests,Epicopeia mencia and Cnidocampa flavescens were found.
