摘要
动态对比增强MRI(DCE-MRI)是一种新兴的MR灌注加权成像方法,可通过测量Ktrans、Kep、Ve、Vp及iAUC值等血流动力学参数定量评价组织的血流灌注、血管分布及微血管的通透性。本文旨在对DCE-MRI的基本原理、脑胶质瘤DCE-MRI的生物学基础及DCE-MRI诊断脑胶质瘤的价值做一综述。
Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) is a new method of perfusion weighted imaging. By measuring some hemodynamic parameters, such as the Ktrans, Kep, Ve, Vp and iAUC values, it can evaluate the tissue's perfusion, blood vessels distribution and microvascular permeability quantitatively. The biological foundation of glioma and the application of DCE-MRI in glioma were reviewed in this paper.
