摘要 以6个甘薯品种的根为外植体,研究了平铺和倒置培养对根分化成苗的影响。结果表明,粗根较细根易分化芽;根的倒置放置比平铺培养更利于芽的诱导,最高诱芽率达100%,平均诱芽率50%以上,较平铺放置方式诱芽率高出13.9个百分点。同时,倒置放置平均成芽数7个,而平铺培养只有3个。 The root of 6 sweet-potato cuhivars was used as explants to explore the influence of different culture methods, including tile culture and inversion culture. The results showed that the coarse root was easy to regenerate buds; The inversion euhure of root was found to be beneficial to the bud differentiation. Its highest rate and the average rate of bud differentiation were 100% and 50% respectively. The average bud differentiation rate of the inversion culture was 13.9 percent higher than the tile culture. At the same time, the average buds number in different culture methods were 7 and 3 respectively.
