哈萨克民族刺绣产业发展研究——基于新疆布尔津县的调查

Kazakh National Embroidery Industry Development Research:Based on the Investigation of Burqin County, Xinjiang

哈萨克民族刺绣是哈萨克民族的传统手工艺术,是传统刺绣文化传承的重要形式。哈萨克民族刺绣随着社会经济发展与产业结构重心的转移逐渐成为当前新疆哈萨克民族聚居区域的特色经济产业。本文基于对新疆布尔津县10家企业以及142名绣娘的调查,认为哈萨克民族刺绣为当地劳动力的转移以及农牧民增收到了积极的推动作用,但仍然存在从业人员文化素质水平低、民族刺绣文化传承意识薄弱等问题,不利于刺绣行业的可持续发展,亟需得到解决。

Kazakh embroidery is the traditional handicraft art of Kazakhh nationality, is an important form of traditional embroidery culture. Kazakhh ethnic embroidery with the transfer of social and economic development and industrial structure focus has gradually become the Xinjiang Kazakh nationality inhabited area characteristic economy industry. Based on the survey of Xinjiang Burqin coun- ty 10 enterprises and 142 embroider female, that Kazakh embroidery was the positive role for local labor transfer as well as farmers and herdsmen income increasing, but there were still problems, such as low euhural quality of the level of employees, and the weaker the national awareness of the embroidery cultural heritage, was not conducive to the sustainable development of the embroidery indus- try, it was urgent to be solved.
