河南省农产品对外贸易的发展现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Foreign Trade of Agricultural Products in Henan Province

本文主要围绕河南省农产品对外贸易的发展现状以及在发展过程中存在的问题和解决问题的对策等方面展开了详细的论述。研究发现,河南省作为农业大省,却存在着"内向型"的经济发展模式,产品结构模式、出口方向单一依赖传统出口区域等问题。围绕该问题,就政府驱动力、企业文化建设、产业结构模式及技术创新方向、产品出口区域、经济增长速率等多个方面进行了详细地分析,指出以经济发展为主要驱动力,以技术创新为核心竞争力,以市场导向为发展原动力结合政府指导性的引导,才能保证河南省农业出口贸易的健康、稳定、绿色的发展。同时在此过程中,还可以有效改善对单一地区过度依赖的问题,也能很好地解决现有的弊病。

This paper mainly revolved around the development of foreign trade of agricuhural products in Henan province, and the problems in the process of development and the countermeasures to solve the problem and so on were described in detail. Study found that as a big agricuhural province of Henan province, but there was a ＂introverted＂ economic development model, product structure, single export direction depend on the traditional export area and so on. Surrounding the issue, a driving force in this paper, the gov- erument, the enterprise culture construction, industry structure model and direction of technological innovation, product export area, such as economic growth rate of multiple directions were analyzed in detail, pointed out that taking economic development as the main driving force, to technological innovation as the core competitiveness, with the impulsion of combining government guidance to devel- op market-oriented guidance, could guarantee the healthy and stable agricultural export trade of Henan province, the development of the green. In the process, but also could improve the excessive reliance on a single region, could also be a very good solution to solve the existing shortcomings.
