家庭系统作为儿童认识世界的第一生态环境,内部成员间的教育合作尤其是教育者之间的一致性原则,会直接影响到家庭教育功能的实现以及孩子个性和社会化的进程,因此,教育者之间要统合各要素,形成统一战线,以真正做到家庭教育价值的和合。

As the first eco-environment, the family system can help children understand the world. The edu- cational cooperation among internal members, especially consistency principle will have a direct impact on the realization of educational functions of the family and the children＇s personality, socialization process. Therefore, education should integrate various elements into a united front in order to truly achieve the harmonious value of family education.
