解决中小学书法教育师资匮乏的有效途径探究

Exploration of Effective Solution to the Primary and Middle School Calligraphy Teacher Shortage

汉字和以汉字为载体的中国书法是中华民族的文化瑰宝,是人类文明的宝贵财富。书法教育对培养学生的书写能力、审美能力和文化品质具有重要作用。为推进中小学书法教育,传承中华民族优秀文化,是时代所需。当前书法教育要在全国开展,师资存在严重的不足问题,应引起各级教育行政部门的重视。本文就解决中小学书法教育师资问题的有效途径提出一些建议,抛砖引玉。

Chinese characters and calligraphy in Chinese characters as carder are national cultural treasure as well as human precious wealth. Calligraphy education is important for the cultivation of students＇ writing ability, aesthetic responsiveness and cultural taste. Our times are in great need of primary and middle school calligraphy education and the heritage of Chinese culture. At present the shortage of teachers influences the development of calligraphy education that attention should be paid to the administrative departments of education at all levels. The paper offers some suggestions of effective solution to primary and middle school calligraphy teacher shortage.
