妇科化疗患者疾病不确定感、应对方式及自我效能相关性分析

Analysis on the Correlation of Uncertainty,Coping Strategies and Self-efficacy in Chemotherapy Patients with Disease of Gynaecology

目的:探讨妇科化疗患者疾病不确定感、应对模式和自我效能的相关性。方法:应用疾病不确定感量表、一般自我效能量表和应对方式问卷对182例妇科肿瘤患者(化疗组)进行横断面调查,并与常模进行比较。结果:在疾病不确定感方面,81.32%的妇科化疗患者处于高度的疾病不确定感,退缩和自责维度得分明显高于常模(P<0.05),寻求帮助、理性化思维和解决问题维度评分均明显低于常模(P<0.05),自我效能评分低于常模(P<0.05);退缩与不明确、复杂性和不可预测性呈正相关(P<0.05),幻想与信息缺乏呈正相关(P<0.05),寻求帮助、解决问题和自我效能与不确定感各因子均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:大部分妇科化疗患者处于高度疾病不确定感状态,倾向于采取消极的应对模式,影响自我效能感的提升。

Objective： Explore the correlation of uncertainty,coping strategies and self- efficacy of chemotherapy patients with disease of gynaecology. Methods： The cross- sectional survey was conducted to 182 patients with gynecological tumors（ chemotherapy group） by using medical uncertainty inventory scale,general self- efficacy scale and coping strategies questionnaires,and then was compared with the norm. Results： In the aspect of disease uncertainty,81. 32% of gynecologic chemotherapy patients in a high degree of uncertainty in illness,and the withdrawal and remorse scores were significantly higher than the norm（ P〈0. 05）; seeking help,rational thinking and problem solving were significantly lower than the norm（ P〈0. 05）; Self- efficacy score was lower than the norm（ P〈0. 05）. Withdrawal and uncertainty,complexity and unpredictability had a significant positive correlation（ P〈0. 05）,fantasy and lack of information has a significant positive correlation（ P〈0. 05）,seeking help,solving problems,and self- efficacy and uncertainty were significantly negative correlation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The most chemotherapy patients with gynaecology keep a high uncertainty status,tend to adopt the negative coping strategies and negatively influence self- efficacy promotion.
