摘要
目的:探讨行动学习法在新入职护士技能操作培训中的应用效果。方法:将76名新入职的护士按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38名,对照组采用常规教学法进行培训,观察组采用行动学习法培训,比较两组培训效果。结果:观察组理论考核分数、21项基础护理操作合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在学习兴趣及自主学习能力、评判性及发散性思维能力、发现及解决问题能力、团队合作及人际关系、表达沟通能力等方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在新入职护士技能操作培训中使用行动学习法,可使其护理操作技能明显提高,最大程度的调动学习者的积极性,可提高学习、思维、解决问题及团队合作能力。
Objective: Investigate the effect of Action Learning Method in the applications for new nurses in training skills. Methods: 76 new nurses were divided into the control group( n = 38) and the observation group( n = 38) according to the random number table. The control group was trained by the conventional teaching method,while the observation group was trained by Action Learning Method,and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The test scores of observation group,21 basic nursing operation pass rate were higher than the control group( P〈0. 05). Observation group's learning interest and independent learning ability,evaluation and divergent thinking ability,find and solve problem ability,team cooperation and interpersonal relations,communication skills and other aspects of the scores were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Adopting the Action Learning Method trained new nurses can significantly improve the nursing skills,arouse their learning enthusiasm to the maximum extent arouse learners,and improve learning,thinking,problem solving and team cooperation ability.
