The dopamine receptors are widely distributed in various regions of the brain, which has become a hot research spot. There is a close relationship between dopamine receptors and a variety of central nervous system diseases. However,the exact mechanism has not yet been well studied. The study of a novel phosphatidylinositol connected to D1-like receptor and the in-depth study of classical dopamine receptor will probably make some contributions to the treatment of the central nervous system diseases.
