Ulinastatin （UTI） has been widely applied in clinical, as a drug treatment for acute pancrea- tiffs and acute circulatory failure. As a pmtease inhibitor with broad spectrum, UTI has a strong inhibitory activity of the hydrolase and has protective effects on multiple organs, such as kidney,lung, heart,liver, cerebra,by inhibiting the activity of protease and lysosomal enzymes,eliminating oxygenic free radical,suppressing the release of inflammatory cytokines, improving microcirculation and perfusion, it can also improve the injury to internal organs and cells stimulated by surgeries.
