摘要
速度向量成像(VVI)技术是一项能够定性、定量评价血管壁功能的超声技术。VVI基于斑点追踪成像原理,通过对血管壁不同方向的速度、应变及应变率的分析,对不同位点进行精确定位,能够准确得到血管壁机械力学特性及运动功能改变的信息,全面评估血管内膜力学特点、管壁功能状态。利用像素的空间相干及追踪技术,从高帧频二维灰阶图像中能提取反映血管局部组织微观形变的结构力学参数进行功能评价和分析。客观反映不同疾病血管壁弹性及运动特征的变化,发现斑块不同部位受力及旋转运动情况,对评估血管力学特征及斑块的稳定性有重要的意义。
Velocity vector imaging(VVI) is a novel technology to evaluate vascular function qualitatively and quantitatively. It is based on speckle tracking and can get the information of mechanical properties and the change of movement function accurately by analyzing multi-dimensional vascular velocity stain and strain rate and accurate positioning of different vascular sites, to achieve comprehensive assessment of vascular intima mechanics characteristics and wall function. It uses pixel space coherence and tracking technology, extracts structural mechanics parameters reflecting vascular local tissue micro deformation from high frame frequency two-dimensional gray-scale image to realize the function evaluation and analysis. VVI can objectively reflect elasticity and motion characteristics changes of vessel walls in different diseases, discovering the force and rotation conditions of athereselerotic plaques, which is of great significance to evaluate vascular mechanical characteristics and the stability of plaque.
