摘要
同源病(homologous isogenous disease或autoploidy disease)是指同一的致病因素及相同的发病机制,使不同的脏器或系统同时或相继受到损害,如肝豆状核变性。
Objective To investigate the impact of Shaofuzhuyu capsule on red blood cell immune function of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Total of 124 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Tai'an Second TSCM Hospital from Jul. 2014 to Jul. 2015 were included in the study and divided into a control group (n = 62 ) and an observation group (n = 62 ). The control group received cefradine (0. 5 g/time, 4 times a day) + metronidazole tablets (0. 1 g/time, 4 times a day) per oral treatment, and the observation group was added with Shaofuzhuyu capsules (3 capsules/time, three times a day), both groups were treated for four courses continuously with 7 d as a course. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were recorded. The TCM symptom score, changes in erythrocyte immune function and T cell subsets of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96.77 % ,60/62 ) was higher than the control group ( 80.65 % ,50/62 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The symptom score of the observation group:post-treatment pain (0. 92 + 0. 10 ) scores, leucorrhea abnormal (0. 98 ± 0. 14) scores, vaginal discharge odor (0. 97 ± 0. 13 ) scores, lumbosaeral pain (0. 97 ± 0. 12 ) scores were lower than the control group's (2. 18±0. 29) scores, (2. 92 ±0. 27) scores, (2. 56 ±0. 22) scores, (2. 86 ±0. 30) scores respectively( P 〈 0. 01 ). The immune complex rosette rate of the observation group ( 5.11± 0. 45 ) % was lower than the control group (7.25 ± 0. 89) % ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate of the observation group ( 6. 88 ± 1.22 ) % was higher than the control group' s [ (4. 86 ± 0. 87 ) % ] ( P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusion Shaofuzhuyu capsule can effectively improve the clinical effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, improve clinical symptoms, the treatment mechanism of which may be regulation of erythrocyte immune function to enhance immune function to fulfill the treatment.
