摘要
为提高舰船重点舱壁的抗爆性能,采用非线性瞬态动力学分析软件MSC/Dytran,对反舰导弹在舱内爆炸产生的冲击波作用于双层舱壁的响应进行数值仿真.选取三舱室模型作为研究对象,对波纹夹芯、格栅夹芯、I型夹芯、圆筒夹芯4种型式的新型双层舱壁结构响应进行数值仿真计算,通过对变形、吸能、加速度、应力等结构响应的综合对比,获得了抗爆性能较优的夹芯双层舱壁.
In order to improve the anti-explosive performance of ship key bulkhead,numerical simulation on the double bulkhead under cabin explosion shock wave of anti-ship missile by using nonlinear transient dynamics analysis software MSC / Dytran. We select the three-compartment model as the object of study and investigate the anti-explosive performance of four types of double bulkheads for different structural parameters. The four kinds of sandwich double bulkheads are corrugated sandwich double bulkhead,grid sandwich double bulkhead,I-type sandwich double bulkhead,and cylinder sandwich double bulkhead. The responses of four kinds of double deck bulkheads under shock wave loading are obtained by numerical simulation. Comparison of the response results provides the sandwich double bulkhead of best anti-explosive performance.
