摘要 采用国产ENi Cr Mo-4焊条焊接9%Ni钢,研究焊接电流对焊接接头的成分、组织和力学性能的影响.焊接电流对ENi Cr Mo-4焊条焊接9%Ni钢接头的性能有明显影响,焊接电流为130 A时,焊接接头的力学性能、抗裂性能和耐腐蚀性能等均为最佳,其接头的抗拉强度Rm为741 MPa,屈服强度Rp0.2为458 MPa,屈强比为0.62,断后伸长率A为41%;接头在焊缝中心、熔合线处、熔合线+2 mm处的低温冲击功分别为89、92、95 J. 9% Ni steel was welded by using domestic ENiCrMo-4 electrode,and the influence of welding current on the composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint was studied. The welding current had an obvious effect on the performance of 9% Ni steel which filled by ENiCrMo-4 electrode. When the welding current was 130 A,the mechanical properties of the welded joint,the crack resistance and the corrosion resistance were optimal. The tensile strength of the welded joint was 741 MPa,yield strength was 458 MPa,yield ratio was 0. 62 and the elongation was 41%. The low-temperature impact energies of welded joint located at the weld center,fusion line and fusion line + 2 mm were 89,92 and 95 J,respectively.
