摘要
在分析商业模式创新理论的基础上,融合传统商业模式创新分析构架和互联网思维,以变革建筑业企业商业模式结构要素为路径,揭示了具有"互联网+建筑业"特征的垂直产品型、横向平台型、T-O2O型和T-C2B型商业模式类型及其原理.
Based on analysis of the business model innovation theory, merged the modern thinking together and the analytic frame of traditional business model, changed the structure elements of construction industry company business model, the principle of business model and vertical product type, transverse platform type, T-O20 type and T-C2B type with the characteristics of ＂internet ＋ construction industry＂ are put forward.
