摘要
在劳动力市场竞争中女毕业生的就业形势相当严峻,女毕业生就业难问题已成为影响和谐社会实现的问题之一。文章从就业难的主要原因出发,首先对女毕业生就业难的客观、主观原因进行了剖析;其次对女毕业生就业难带来的负面影响进行了分析;最后对女毕业生扶困的策略提出了相关建议。
The employment situation of the female graduates in the labor market competition is very serious, and the employment of female graduates has become one of the problems that affect the realization of a harmonious society. From the main reasons to difficult employment, this paper firstly analyzes the objective and subjective reasons why fe- male graduates employment is so difficult; Secondly it analyzes the negative effects to the difficulties for female gradu- ates employment; finally it offers some relevant suggestions for the strategy of female graduates poverty relief.
