摘要
红外光谱是有机结构分析的重要方法之一。虽然目前红外检测设备自带的软件具备分析、打印等功能,但不同机构对论文撰写的图形要求不一,往往无法满足要求。鉴于此,以Origin2015为演示版本,通过实例介绍使用Origin软件绘制红外光谱图,并对谱图进行标峰、叠加对比的方法。
Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） spectroscopy is one of the important methods for organic structural analysis. Although FT- IR spectrometers have software containing analysis, printing and other functions, the accompanying software can＇t fully meet the varying requirements from different publishers or organizations. In this text, the methods for drawing FT-IR spectrum, automatic finding and labeling peaks, and stacking selected spectra were introduced using Origin2015 as example.
