孔子“和”的管理思想及对高校协同育人的启示

Management Thought of Harmony by Confucius Enlightens the Collaborative Education of Colleges and Universities

孔子在《论语》中呈现了"和"的管理思想,这一思想成为了儒家重要的管理价值标准。主要表现为"和为贵""以礼节和""和而不同""和无寡""动之斯和"五个方面,就目前高校自身管理现状来看,孔子"和"的思想应用到当前开放式多元化协同育人模式中,无论是在促进主体协同、打破高校内部学科壁垒、健全高校协同育人机制,以及建立完善多元合作、打造全方位多渠道协同育人环境,还是构建统一有序的协调管理机制方面都有很大的启示意义。

Harmony, valued by Confucius in The Analects of Confucius and served as the indispensable management principle of the Confucianism, features five main aspects： Harmony is of highest priority, Harmony needs to follow certain principles, Har- mony can be sought in diversity, Harmony breeds flourish, Harmony should rely on mobilizing common people. Considering their current self--management conditions, colleges and universities will gain significant enlightenment on the completion of collaborative education system and the establishment of the cooperative in unity and order, and a comprehensive multi--channel synergy educational environment from application of the Confucian harmony concept to the open and diverse educational pat- tern.
