摘要
以跨专业研究的视角进行对比研究发现:德国"双元制"下现代汽车营销专业人才培养不仅重视汽车、营销知识的学习,还非常重视财务知识的灌输,这是国内培养中不被重视的部分。少数院校汽车营销专业虽设置有财务课程,但在财务知识学习内容的选取、教学制度保障、教学侧重点和企业参与度等方面均存在很大差异。对比研究的结果将为我院汽车服务与管理专业人才培养改革工作提供参考。
Comparative study in the perspective of Trans--disciplinary research found that:automobile marketing professionals cultivation under the "dual system" of German attaches importance not only the knowledge of automobile or marketing but also finance which has been ignored in China. Although some financial courses were offered in a few colleges, there are great differ ences in the selection of learning content, the systematic guarantee, the emphasis of teaching and the degree of participation of enterprises between China and Germany. Through in--depth comparative study, references are provided for the reform of auto mobile service and management specialty in Liuzhou City Vocational College.
