摘要
目的探讨同伴互助学习模式对影像医学与核医学专业的学生超声实习是否有帮助。方法共27位影像医学与核医学专业在超声科实习的本科生,在传统培训的基础上,分组接受同伴互助学习,出科时进行理论与实践考试,完成问卷进行自我测评及评价课程。结果出科理论成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实践操作能力对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参与者对掌握超声各项实践技能的自我评价较满意。对教学方式的评价很高。结论同伴互助学习模式能较好地帮助影像专业实习生掌握超声基本实践技能。
Objective To explore whether the peer assisted learning mode is helpful for students of medical imaging and nuclear medicine. Methods A total of 27 medical imaging and nuclear medicine professionals in the ultrasonic practice of undergraduate students, on the basis of traditional training, the group accepts peer support, theory and practice of examination, complete the questionnaire and self assessment in curriculum evaluation. Results The theory of performance comparison, the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05), The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05) in the practical operation ability. The participants were satisfied with the self evaluation of the various practical skills. The evaluation of teaching methods is very high. Conclusion Peer to peer learning model can help students to master the basic practical skills of imaging professionals.
