目的探究全自动尿沉渣分析仪建立复检规则的必要性。方法选取400份尿液标本,取其中300份用于构建复检规则研究,另100份用于验证复检规则的构建效果,分析全自动尿沉渣分析仪复检规则建立的必要性。结果检测中漏检率(假阴性率)由低到高分别是方案四、三、二、一,复检率与由低到高为方案一、四、二、三。综合考虑复检率与漏检率结果,首选方案四作为复检规则。验证复检规则中,漏检率为0.00%,复检率为43.00%。结论建立全自动尿沉渣分析仪复检规则,能够有效降低漏检率,且复检率较低,在临床尿检中复检规则建立存在重要意义。

Objective To explore the necessity of automatic urinary sediment analyzer establishment review criteria. Methods Selected 400 urine specimens, from which the 300 for construction of the review rules, the other 100 copies for the effect to build verification review rules, analysis of the necessity of automatic urinary sediment analyzer examination rules established. Results Missing rate of detection（false negative rate） from low to high were four, three, two, for a review, and from low to high as four, two or three, a plan. Considering the results of re examination rate and missing rate, the preferred scheme four as standard. Verify the examination rules, the residual error rate was 0%, the retest rate was 43%. Conclusion The establishment of automatic urinary sediment analyzer examination rules, can effectively reduce the failure rate, and retest rate is low, the establishment of the standard in clinical urine is important.
