地佐辛复合咪达唑仑在腰-硬联合麻醉下妇科不孕症腹腔镜手术中的应用

Dezocine Combined With Midazolam in Epidural Anesthesia Application of Infertility in Laparoscopic Surgery

目的观察地佐辛复合咪达唑仑在腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)下妇科不孕症腹腔镜手术中的镇静效果和安全性。方法选取我院择期妇科不孕症腹腔镜手术60例,随机分为地佐辛组(D)和芬太尼组(F),各30例:所有患者均实施腰-硬联合麻醉,术前静脉缓慢推注咪达唑仑0.05 mg/kg,随后在D组给予地佐辛0.1 mg/kg,F组予芬太尼1μg/kg。结果 D组、F组在各时点Ramsay镇静评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);D组舌后坠、呼吸抑制、血压下降、心动过缓的发生率低于F组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合咪达唑仑具有良好的镇静作用,是不孕症患者腹腔镜手术椎管内麻醉的安全有效的辅助用药。

Objective To observe the effect of dezocine and midazolam in epidural anesthesia（CSEA） sedative effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery in gynecology infertility. Methods 60 cases of infertility in our hospital undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, were randomly divided into dezocine group（D） and fentanyl group（F）, 30 cases each. All patients received combined spinal epidural anesthesia, preoperative intravenous injection of midazolam 0.05 mg/kg, then treated with dezocine 0.1 mg /kg in D group, group F was treated with fentany lμg/kg. Results In D group, the score of group F at each time point Ramsay sedation comparison, no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）, D group glossocoma, respiratory depression, hypotension and bradycardia were lower than those of group F（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine and midazolam has good sedative effects, is a safe and effective adjuvant to infertility patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery of spinal anesthesia.
