摘要
目的探讨医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法 106例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机的分为研究组和对照组,各53例,研究组患者实施医学营养指导和跟踪,对照组患者给予常规饮食指导。结果研究组孕妇并发症、新生儿并发症发生率分为为26.42%、7.55%,对照组分别为39.62%、16.98%,孕妇胰岛素使用率分别为3.77%和9.43%,上述各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学营养治疗能够降低妊娠期糖尿病患者对胰岛素的使用率,有效降低孕妇、新生儿并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of medical nutrition therapy on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 106 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 53 cases, in the study group, the implementation of medical nutrition guidance and tracking, control group were given routine diet guidance. Results The incidence of complications and neonatal complications in the study group was divided into 26.42% and 7.55%, the control group were 39.62% and 16.98% respectively, and the insulin usage rate of the pregnant women was 3.77% and 9.43% respectively, the above indicators were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Medical nutrition therapy can reduce the rate of insulin use in patients with gestational diabetes, and effectively reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant women and newborns.
