加压钢板及螺钉前外侧与内侧入路修复肱骨中下段骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Distal Humeral Fractures With Compression Plate and Anterior Lateral and Medial Approach

目的探讨加压钢板及螺钉前外侧与内侧入路修复肱骨中下段骨折疗效。方法将80例肱骨中下段骨折患者随机分成前外侧组(n=40)、内侧组(n=40),分别在应用加压钢板及螺钉基础上行前外侧入路、内侧入路修复治疗,对比2组疗效。结果内侧组肘关节功能恢复优良率、骨折愈合时间优于前外侧组(P<0.05)。结论加压钢板及螺钉内侧入路修复肱骨中下段骨折的临床疗效更佳,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of compression plate and anterior lateral and medial approach for the treatment of distal humeral fractures. Methods 80 patients with distal humeral fractures were randomly divided into the anterior lateral group（n=40） and the medial group（n=40）,respectively, in the application of compression plate and screw based uplink anterior lateral approach, the medial approach to repair treatment, compared the efficacy of 2 groups. Results The good rate of elbow joint function recovery and fracture healing time were better than that of the anterior lateral group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of compression plate and medial approach for the treatment of middle and distal humeral fractures is better and it is worth learning from.
