血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

Efficacy of Hemodialysis Combined With Blood Perfusion in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察。方法选取30例血液透析并伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,各15例。对照组单纯进行血液透析治疗,实验组进行血液透析联合血液灌流治疗。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭皮肤瘙痒疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion in the treatment of chronic renal failure with skin itching. Methods 30 hemodialysis patients with pruritus were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis alone. The experimental group was treated with hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion in the treatment of chronic renal failure skin itching effect is exact, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
