睑板“V”型切除术治疗老年性下睑外翻的临床观察

Clinical Observation of “V” Type of Tarsal Resection in the Treatment of Senile Lower Eyelid Ectropion

目的探讨老年性下睑外翻的手术治疗方法,以达功能治愈。方法选取我院2010年1月～2015年6月收治的26例（30只眼）发病时间长、外翻程度重的下睑外翻患者,行睑板＂V＂型切除矫正手术,对患者行6个月～1年的随访。结果经手术治疗后,5只眼下泪点外翻经治疗后全部好转。27只眼中重度下睑外翻患者,其下睑位置均恢复正常,睑缘紧密贴附于眼球,睑球结膜炎症消失,患者溢泪症状消失;3只眼向上注视时,具有轻度的睑球分离。结论通过对老年性下睑外翻患者,行睑板＂V＂型切除术,具有疗效确切,并发症少等优点。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of Senile Lower eyelid. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to June 2015, 26 cases（30 eyes） with long time of onset and severe degree of lower eyelid were treated in our hospital,＂V＂ type of tarsal resection surgery, the patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. Results After surgery, 5 eyes of the lower lacrimal point after treatment were all improved. 27 eyes in patients with severe lower eyelid ectropion, the lower eyelid position were normal, was closely attached to the eye, eyelid conjunctivitis disappeared, patients with epiphora disappeared, 3 eyes upward gaze, with isolated mild symblepharon. Conclusion The senile lower eyelid ectropion with tarsal ＂V＂type of resection, has good curative effect, less complications.
