腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Operation in the Treatment of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

目的观察分析腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效。方法将我院收治120例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为腹腔镜组和常规组,每组60例。腹腔组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,而常规组采用开腹手术治疗,对比两组患者临床指标。结果腹腔镜组患者术中出血量、体温恢复正常时间、排气时间以及住院时间好于常规组(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后复发人数显著少于常规组,而症状缓解人数多于常规组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods 120 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst were treated in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into laparoscopic group and conventional group, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the abdominal group were treated by laparoscopic operation, while the conventional group was treated with open surgery, and the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of blood loss, body temperature, exhaust time and hospital stay were better than the conventional group（P〈0.05） in the laparoscopic group.In the laparoscopic group, the number of recurrence was significantly less than that of the conventional group, while the number of symptoms was higher than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst was significant.
