股骨近端加压锁定钢板内固定与人工股骨头置换在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用分析

Application of Proximal Femoral Locking Compression Plate Fixation and Artificial Femoral Head Replacement in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的分析股骨近端加压锁定钢板内固定与人工股骨头置换在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用。方法选取我院50例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,将行人工股骨头置换的11例为对照组,行股骨近端加压锁定钢板内固定的39例为研究组。结果研究组的手术时间与术中出血量显著少于对照组,但术后下床活动时间多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端加压锁定钢板内固定与人工股骨头置换在股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗中均能有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To analyze the application of proximal femoral locking compression plate internal fixation and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 50 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital, 11 cases of femoral head replacement for the control group, 39 cases of femoral proximal compression locking plate fixation for the study group. Results The operation time and blood loss in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group, but the postoperative bed time was more than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
