小剂量丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗精神发育迟滞伴有行为障碍的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of Small Dose of Sodium Valproate Combined With Risperidone in the Treatment of Mental Retardation Associated With Behavioral Disorders

目的探讨小剂量丙戊酸联合利培酮治疗精神发育迟缓伴有行为障碍患者的临床效果。方法将伴有行为障碍的精神发育迟滞患者60例,随机的分为研究组和对照组,各30例,研究组给予小剂量丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗,对照组单独给予利培酮进行治疗。结果研究组临床总有效率93.33%,高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用小剂量丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗精神发育迟滞伴精神行为障碍患者临床疗效确切,可供临床参考。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of low dose risperidone in the treatment of mental retardation associated with behavioral disorders. Methods 60 cases of mental retardation with behavioral disorders were randomly divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the research group was given a small dose of sodium valproate combined with risperidone treatment, control group were given risperidone treatment alone. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group 76.67%（P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Using small doses of sodium valproate combined with risperidone in the treatment of mental retardation and mental behavior disorder of patients with clinical curative effect, for clinical reference.
